"Imunify agent is not running" troubleshooting Print

You may get an "Imunify agent is not running" error after installing Imunify360.
Follow the instructions below to solve this problem.

# Remove our license.

update_imunify --Uninstall

# How to stop Imunify360

CentOS / Cloudlinux / Almalinux / Rockylinux

service imunify360 stop

All other operating systems

systemctl stop imunify360

# How to uninstall Imunify360

bash i360deploy.sh --uninstall

After Imunify360 is completely removed, re-execute the Imunify360 installation command that can be seen in the client area on the SSH server.
