If you have a problem and SharedLicense can not solve your problem, your full payment will be refunded

The cost of server configurations and other items is non-refundable and will be refunded only to your account if needed. (If the configuration is not done or is incomplete).

Renewal of services :
Users are required to renew their service before the due date. All services are extended for 30 days and it does not matter if it is 30 days or 28 days. All are extended for 30 days.

Support services can be provided to servers where SharedLicense license systems are installed, and support can be provided if the problem is related to the licensing system or the main support of the software developer. For example, cPanel does not support MySQL problems, but if an error is received in cPanel itself, it is supported, so the server configuration acts as the main constructor.
If SharedLicense is done by us, support will be free for up to 1 month after the server is configured and delivered to you, and if there is a problem with the server, it will be fixed by us.
