How to Halt or Remove ImunifyAV

Uninstallation Procedure

  1. Retrieve the uninstaller script
    wget https://repo.imunify360.cloudlinux.com/defence360/imav-deploy.sh
  2. Execute the removal
    bash imav-deploy.sh --uninstall

Service Management

ImunifyAV operates as a background daemon, thus standard service commands apply:

  • On CentOS/CloudLinux 6:
    service imunify-antivirus stop
  • On all other distributions:
    systemctl stop imunify-antivirus
