Use Rufus or Windows Media Creation to create bootable USB. For UEFI, use FAT32 format.
Boot from USB, select edition (Standard/Datacenter), complete installation. Choose Server Core for minimal footprint or Desktop Experience.
Activate using MAK key: run slmgr.vbs /ipk then slmgr.vbs /ato. For KMS, point to your KMS host server.
Use Server Manager to add roles (Hyper-V, File Services, DNS, etc.). Configure network, storage, and security policies.
