List Accounts — Simple & Complete Guide
This interface shows every account on your server with details like username, domain, package, IP, and contact email. You can search, filter, and perform management actions such as logging in, suspending, or terminating an account.
Tip: Use this tool as your main overview of all hosted accounts. It helps quickly locate domains, check package assignments, and manage account lifecycle.
What You Can See
- Domain — The account’s primary domain name.
- cPanel User — The username used to log in.
- Contact Email — Where system notifications go.
- Setup Date — When the account was created.
- Package — Hosting plan assigned to the account.
- Disk Used — Current disk space consumption.
- Quota — Total disk space allowed (if limited).
- Partition — The storage location for the account.
- IP Address — Shared or dedicated IP for the account.
- Owner — Which reseller or admin owns the account.
- Theme — Assigned cPanel interface style.
- Suspended — Suspension status (Yes/No).
Search & Filters
Quickly find accounts by:
- Domain
- Username
- IP Address
- Owner
- Package
Actions You Can Perform
For each account in the list, you can:
- Log in to cPanel directly (no password needed).
- Change Password for the account.
- Change Disk Quota (increase or decrease allocation).
- Change Package to move the account to a different plan.
- Modify Account for advanced options.
- Suspend or Unsuspend an account.
- Terminate an account permanently.
Warning: Termination permanently deletes the account, its files, databases, and email. Always back up before using this option.
Example: Locate and Suspend an Account
1) Search for the domain or username
2) In the results, click "Suspend"
3) Enter a reason (optional) and confirm
4) The account is marked as Suspended and access is blocked
